Our Verdict
I got this offer via email as did others. Not sure if it’s targeted or was sent to all Discover IT cardholders. Also not sure if Discover IT Miles cardholders got this email.
Best Buy sells lots of gift cards in-store and online, and there shouldn’t be any problem using this offer for a gift card. This isn’t as scalable as Amex Offers since you can’t get this a second time with authorized-user cards. But still nice to see Discover roll out these kinds of deals.
There’s also a targeted Uber deal with Discover.
