Our Verdict

Divvy offered a $100 bonus for taking a 15 minute demo. For that offer you needed a real business to get approved and even then it was difficult. Not sure what approvals will be like on this offer. There is no annual fee/monthly fees to worry about. Great deal if you can get approved.

  • Probably targeted but $100 for doing a demo of bill.com

Deleted link as it doesn’t even work directly for me

  • Just got an email about updates to the referral program:

We are excited to announce significant improvements to the BILL customer referral program coming early next year! The most notable of which will allow you to access your referral link directly from you BILL account. To enable this feature, we will transition from Referral Rock to Partnerstack.

At the end of December, we will close our account with Referral Rock and temporarily pause the customer referral program. Rest assured, all approved referrals and any pending rewards will be paid out before the closure. Your current referral links will no longer be functional starting in January 2025. As such, there will be a brief period of time during which reward for customer referral will not be offered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your referral experience.

    • is there a link somewhere where I can try signing up again? I tried signing up 3 months ago said would hear back in a few days and never heard anything. I'd like to try again before they pull it permanently. Or a referral link if that's higher?

    • “ Please see the reason(s) set forth below:
Insufficient credit history on personal credit bureau
Insufficient credit history on commercial business bureau”

      • Hi @guest_1869882. I had this card last year and closed it a few months ago. I saw that you churned it in the past. Do you know if it's still churnable?

        • I am not sure if it is churnable or not.
I have five (5) different LLCs.
I was able to sign up for account for each of my LLCs.
I received the bonus for 4 so far, I just signed up for the 5th.

          • Wow! So you didn't try multiple accounts with the same LLC? Generally, how long have they been taking to payout? Is it within 60 days as mentioned in the terms and in some of the comments? Thanks for the quick reply.

          • Correct, I did NOT try multiple accounts with the same LLC.
Pay out in general is 2 - 2.5 months.
So yes, within the 60 days when you hit the spend.

          • No. But I did open them 1 - 2 months apart from each other using different email addresses and unique EINs for each

        • FWIW the way I read his comments is he did get both but wasn’t actually referred by anyone so doesn’t know why he got the referral bonus

  • @guest_1885321 @guest_1884939 Are you doing spend with the virtual card or waiting for physical card? Do you plan on spending $500 in one purchase or over a number of days? Trying to be careful so I don't get shut down.

    • Well probably wont be doing it all in one lump. There are some amazon purchases I have been planning. Wonder if it would be good to do it under an Amazon biz account?

What about using donations for the spend? $500 worth of fascist smashing drones sourced from churning biz bonuses sound pretty dang American to me. Or is that too political for all yous?

    • Physical card since arriving on Monday.

Will pay real bills so probably 2 or 3 payments to total $300 (things that can theoretically be a business expense for a sole proprietor based at home - utilities).

May make a couple of smaller payments later too while waiting for bonus to pretend to use account.

  • Maybe a silly question…so this is not a credit card, correct? It doesn’t take a personal card spot, doesn’t show on personal credit report and isn’t a hard pull? Has anyone recently qualified for the $500? I’m considering trying it out. So you pay $500 and pay a 2.9% fee and get $500 back? Seems like a great deal at the surface. Someone tell me the cons? 🤣

  • Account approved with EIN. No hard pull. Do you get any confirmation that the $500 after $500 spend offer is applied correctly or you just have to try it and see? Thanks!!!

      • Thanks! I’m debating whether or not to contact support first since they seem to be shutdown happy per past comments versus just spend and see…
