Not a huge bonus but some Dunkin fans might find it useful.
Chase has 20% for Dunkin’ on some cards. Not sure how DD codes online. I know it works when buying Panera gift cards online.
According to the fine print for those CHASE offers, GC’s will not work. I tried anyway but i’m pretty sure we are SOOL.

@aw you are right that its not thru Dunkin but @Celia is correct that this may work anyway. It does for Panera and Chipotle deals. Be the data point you want to see!
