Our Verdict
I don’t think this is targeted (update: Not targeted, even if you don’t see the offer you’ll get the bonus according to datapoints in the comments). The $5 bonus is basically instant. If you did it every day you’d get $325 in bonus credit. I think Dunkin/Masterpass will kill this promotion a lot sooner than the end of August though, so I’d stock up on credit while the offer is still live rather than relying on it reaching that end date. Basically a 50% bonus every time you reload. It doesn’t make sense to load more than $10 a day, so I’d just do the bare minimum and then load the following day if you want more credit. Starbucks better hurry up with that revamped rewards program, or maybe team up for another Chase Pay promotion?
I don’t think there is really any way to profit from this deal if you don’t visit Dunkin Donuts, but maybe I’m missing something obvious.
