According to at least two readers (1,2) FNBO has added a new rule where you can’t open a new card within 18 months of opening your last card. It appears this new policy went into effect in September and it’s unclear if it applies to all cards or just the FNBO Amtrak card and if it applies across products (e.g does getting a regular FNBO card exclude you from getting the Amtrak card for 18 months)?
