Found it in Target for $6.69 and uploaded the receipt but the automated system tried to give me only $0.45! I submitted it for manual review…
Update: Got the full amount a day later after they reviewed it.
Can you do this multiple times with different emails on PayPal? Or can you do multiple times with the gmail dot trick?
If they somehow pay out multiple times, is there any way you can get in trouble?

Not available on the west coast AFAIK. I asked their support if I could buy and get reimbursed on Amazon. They said they could only reimburse up to $8.99 per unit. Only 6 pack on Amazon costs $22. They told me to take it or leave it.
Rebate paid out almost instantly to PayPal. Also, they have this product at Menards, so I was able to get an 11% rebate on the item as well ($0.65).
Bought 7/21, approved for payout 7/24 and rec’d minutes later. Delay due to my trying to dispute refund amount — they do not credit back taxes associated with purchase as part of this.
Product is OK. Not really worth my time to generate such a small amount of spend.
I don’t know if any rebate that includes taxes. I don’t think they can by law.
Easy find for me. Got a server error though when confirming Venmo number. Hope it goes though after submitting a ticket.

Really good product. Albeit got some fake sugar taste to it still. And pricey but maybe price is right given ingredients and all
It did eventually work. Got to manual review by trying to upload three times. Uploaded scrolling screenshot of entire receipt on Target app
Found it at my Hy-vee . Got paid in less than a minute after submitting receipt. This is really good sparkling water.
