• Things needed for rebate:
  • Original UPC barcode cut from the BIC^® package
  • Original store receipt (online or in-store) dated 7/21/19-9/7/19 with the product purchase price circled. Altered receipts will not be accepted. Be sure to circle only the product purchase price.
  • Your printed electronic claim or handwritten form

The Fine Print

• Offer expires 9/7/19.
• Requests must be postmarked by 9/9/19 and received by 9/18/19.
• Reproductions of certificates, UPCs and cash register receipts are not valid.
• Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery.
• Refund check must be cashed within 90 days of issuance.
• Limit two (2) rebate requests per family or address.
• No Post Office Boxes allowed, only street or rural route addresses are acceptable.
• There are two ways to mail-in your rebate request information: (1) Print out the form from our website and hand print your information clearly; or (2) Type your information into the form while still on our website and then print out the form. Incomplete or illegible certificates will be denied.
• BIC is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mutilated or postage due claims.
• No mechanical reproductions or name and address labels accepted.
• Invalid, multiple requests, or requests from clubs or organizations will not be returned or honored.
• Fraudulent submission could result in Federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 United States Code, Sections 1341 and 1342). Offer valid only in the U.S. and D.C.

Our Verdict

It’s not clear if the items purchased must be the ones picture and I can’t seem to find a list of qualifying UPCs. I’ve tried to list the items I can see pictured. If doing two rebates, I’d make them separate orders just to be safe.
