I see most are having issues with Hilton posting. Anyone have issues with the Delta miles not posting? I have not received either since donating to the Lyft fund. Both accounts are linked.

I understand your concern but please be informed, the promotion is ending on 31st May 2021, and bonus points would be credited on account within 6-8 weeks once the promotion will end.

Same story, got two responses: one agent said the above and another agent asked for a receipt screenshot. Still no points yet.
Just submitted a case via Hilton’s online chat. Agent said: I have confirmed, generally points post on account within 48-72 hours but now, the timeline has passed. But no worries, let me just go ahead and open a case mentioning to credit points on high priority without any further delay.Our team will credit the points as per the validation and will get back to you via e-mail within 48-72 hours. Would that be fine with you?”
So, I’d suggest reaching out to Hilton.
Created a ticket through online chat, after the rep found out that my lyft and hilton were not linked successfully, although I received the “Account are Linked” email. The HHonors Finance team later replied in email: We have received your inquiry. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the “Vaccine Access Initiative” for the 2,000 Bonus points to be credited to your account.
I guess we will find out in two months!

After Delta posted but Hilton didn’t, I sent them a message. The Hilton CSRs were clueless (and I corresponded with 5 of them during the aggravating exchange). They first asked for the Lyft receipt; then they said it was a Lyft promo, not Hilton’s (WTF?); then they said my account must not be linked correctly (which was ridiculous, as I’ve had the accounts linked and earning points since 2019). Ultimately they gave me the points as a courtesy credit, but never admitted that they’ve got their heads up their arses with regards to this campaign.
Hilton just emailed me this offer again. And they haven’t bothered to post the 2000 points they owe me since I contributed on 3/18. Delta did post 250 miles 3/29/2021

nah i only got 35 pts total. cant say i care enough to warrant a call for 15 pts.
Did you spend $300 on travel since your renewal? The first $300 doesn’t get points, even if you got your $300 credit from something else.
Spent it on groceries prior to this. fwiw my grocery purchase was >300 but still got 3x pts for the full amount. Was not expecting that either.
