IHG has announced the acquisition Ruby (Ruby SARL the RubyTM) for €110.5m (~$116m). Ruby operates 20 hotels with 3,483 rooms and another 10 pipeline hotels (2,235 rooms), all of which are expected to open by 2027. Integration into IHG is expected to start in 2025 and be completed by 31 March 2026.
