Couple things
* IKEA at our location (West Sacrramento) is very picked over. Yellowcoats there said this is generally true system wide, so if you are going there looking for something specific, you could be disappointed.
* Our location was shorthanded for everything – cafeteria, checking out, getting help with anything.
* Gift Cards did NOT seem to trigger the coupon code. I had a $140 subtotal, added a $25 GC, no discount. Had to get a manager, who suggested that was prob the issue. Removed the GC, threw in a few jars of lingonberry sauce instead, and voila, discount triggered. No where in the T&C does it state that GC don’t count toward the min $150/$250 subtotals to get the $15/$25 discounts. I could be wrong about this, but that’s what we experienced today.

It’s painful to shop there, even on a sleepy Wednesday, sodden with rain, keeping people at home. I can tolerate it only about once a year.

Thank you for doing the right thing. I guess the incentive is just not huge enough for people to go out of their way to shop in person. Let’s order everything online as much as we can. Even our grandparents have an Amazon account

How does this work? Automatically applied at checkout if using family card?

Great timing Ikea! Perfect! Just spent about 250 and drove 3 hours round trip to pick it up today! Could have used the $25 for gas!

The return period is 1 year. Try calling/emailing to have the bill adjusted.

Ikea has been sold out of any decent light fixtures for months. I wish I knew how long they would be out of stock before I sunk money into the last gift card deal

That’s the case all-year-around. You’d have to ask them when they receive stock because it gets sold out quite fast in many regions.

Is IKEA crazy? Covid is hitting hard with Omicron. Turn this in-store deal into online digital

I literally just spent $600 there two days ago. I wonder if I can bring my receipts in and have them give me the discount.

They want the foot traffic. Online sales aren’t at risk levels

They run this type of money off every year, skipped last year I think or I don’t recall seeing it. Used to do it November but shifted to December the last time in 2019.
