Our Verdict
It’s nice that they are including all gift card brands in this, even Lidl, Visa, Amazon, etc. The fine print limits us to just one $10 coupon which is easy for them to enforce since the $10 coupon pops up in the app. Be sure to register yourself with the Lidl app in order to get the coupon.
Note that the $10 shopping coupon will only be valid beginning December 2nd, so it will require another shopping trip. I don’t know if the $10 coupon will work on the purchase of gift cards.

screwed by Lidl as I did not get the $20 coupon and when I checked carefully there is no trace of the $100 spending there. I remembered that the cashier asked me to scan twice my Lidl membership QR code, which is weird.
Lidl’s system is awkward that there is no way you can know whether the membership is scanned properly or not.
Does anyone know if the $20 coupon issued today stacks with the $10 gift card coupon from last time I one order? I also have a $10 off $50 so wondering if I’d be able to get $40 off a $50 purchase in one transaction depending on how it stacks. I know the terms say nothing stacks but not sure how boilerplate that is.
Well to answer my own question for the record, only one dollar off coupon works per purchase based on my attempt today. So the $10 off $10, $20 off $20, $5 off $30 etc have to all be separate transactions to be used.
Just as a DP for future offers, I bought 2x$50 Shell GCs which are not listed for in the ad for this offer. Still got the coupon today. Yay!
It “should” stack with Amex Offers (for some) – spend $200 get $10 statement credit for 3 months – I guess. If I already shop there, I think I’d use this offer.
One nice thing about buying gift cards at Lidl: they count towards earning rewards like 30% off select vegetables, 30% off select nuts, etc.

Did this deal today. Got $100 Lidl GC and used part of it for today’s grocery purchase. Didn’t see the $20 coupon in app today, so I imagine it’ll post next week per the terms of the offer. Very easy deal. Gift card rack at my store (on 1st day of sale) was very well stocked.
I don’t see Amazon in the list of cards from the link. Can anyone confirm getting the coupon?.

Bought store gc and immediately used it on grocery purchase. Love their home goods aisle- appliances are good quality + warranties are great. Bought a bread maker and tower fan before, both good for the price. Just bought the 5.3qt air fryer today.
Don’t forget about the Lidl app for special offers as well. There are some app only great deals as well. Got some great buy 1 get 1 free items last week.
