Worked for me on an existing account in SF Bay Area. Added in Bay Wheels app under the Rewards tab, “Add promo code”.

The Lyft Pink benefit for Citibike in NYC is excellent. 45 minutes ‘free’ on the regular (non-electric) bikes. It’s super nice along the Hudson River bike paths (11+ miles).
