TransUnion has sent out an e-mail stating that on September 7, 2020 the myTransUnion app will shut down. This app allows users to freeze and unfreeze their credit report. Consumers will still be able to freeze and unfreeze reports using their same login information but will need to do so on the TransUnion website.
