Thegiftcardstore is an authorized gift card seller on eBay for brand new physical gift cards. When paying with Paypal, purchases from this vendor earn 5x with the INK card as part of the Utilities category. I haven’t yet tested whether it works when paying without Paypal.
eBay physical gift cards from Thegiftcardstore
This is good but not hugely significant since they only sell eBay gift cards, nothing else.

In the Paypal transaction details it links their website moduslink.com which is “a US company that provides supply chain management services to global technology and software companies across its worldwide operations.” It appears that Moduslink is helping eBay cut costs by selling eBay gift cards themselves instead of using other vendors.
Previously, Giftcardmall used to sell physical eBay gift cards on eBay, but they’ve been showing as out-of-stock for some time (I think it’s been on and off over the past few months), and Thegiftcardstore takes over as the primary source of physical eBay gift card sales.
It’s likely we won’t see Thegiftcardstore selling other gift card brands; they’re probably just here to help eBay cut costs on their own gift card sales. This obviously makes the 5x potential here very limited.
Conclusion
eBay gift cards aren’t as newsworthy as they used to be since we can no longer use them to buy third-party gift cards, but it’s always interesting to learn about another gift card seller on eBay which earns 5x with INK. They are also still useful for product resellers, gift givers, and more.
Buy from Mygiftcardstore with Paypal to earn 5x on physical eBay gift cards. You won’t earn eBay Bucks on the purchase, and it’s unknown if it will get portal credit, but 5x is still good.
