Their employees are talking about frozen bread.
Before, Panera actually had bakers who baked their breads.
I remember seeing job ads for bakers.
No more.
The bread is definitely not fresh baked anymore. Huge decline in quality. So disappointing.
The free birthday pastries are still pretty awesome.

They know coffee is an addictive product they’re trying to get the crowds like Starbucks. Bless their marketing department they keep trying!
