The Offer
- PayPal currently has a number of offers:
- $5 back when you spend $10+ anywhere, limit 1
- 20% back Taco Bell, $10 maximum
- Microsoft 15% back, $175 maximum
Our Verdict
$5 deal is basically just a free $5. Other deals useful for some.
Hat tip to DDG
If ordering from Target, make sure that you have at least one item that is $10+, rather than simply making sure that your order as a whole is $10+. Target charged each item in my order to PayPal separately, causing me not to meet the $10 minimum. Mildly annoying.
$5 deal not showing
Did they update the direct link just now ?
It doesn’t show the campaign ID any more.
The $10 anywhere offer worked for me with PPBP (for the one utility bill I can still pay there); I see 500 points pending.
Appears to be YMMV. Took advantage of the $10 for $10 offer they had recently. And now don’t see this one.
Does paying with the Paypal debit card trigger these offers or do you have to pay with “traditional” paypal?
I see taco bell offer. Can’t find $5 off $10 offer. Any direct link?
It would be nice if CardPointers or MaxRewards could clip all the PayPal coupons.
Thought at first it would be under offers but couldn’t find it there but do see it on the Home account page where the scrolling offers go by.
There is a max of 200,000 Rewards (each worth $5 cash or equivalent once redeemed) available under this offer.
How it works
Same for me. It was not under my offers, but it was at the top of my home page
Thank you for your comment. Super helpful. I found it exactly where you said it would be. Added and used it successfully.
Checked my Home and Offers pages on both accounts, don’t see a thing.
Kids, I know we had Taco Bell last night, but we’re going tonight too. Nobody is going to be constipated in this house.
