The PHL Lounge has finally officially opened. As mentioned there was a pre-opening party on the night of the 19th and the lounge was supposed to open on the 23rd at the latest but it seems like they might have been having hot water issues causing the delay of the opening. Flyertalk user DMPHL spoke with an American Express regarding the opening date of the PHL Centurion lounge and was told October 23rd, 2017. scooby-dum did the same and was told the same opening date. Obviously customer service representatives are unreliable at the best of times, but two different reps giving the same opening date seems unusual. Whatever happens let’s hope the lounge opens sooner rather than later.
A source is stating that a pre-opening party is occurring on the night of 19th, so it’s possible it will open even earlier than the 23rd.
