Our Verdict
Raise is a site for buying and selling second-hand gift cards. We wrote a review about buying on Raise here and selling here.
They regularly offer $5-10 off for new customers, but $10 off $20 is from the best offers I’ve seen. Most of us already have a Raise account and won’t be eligible for this offer. This deal will work for someone who opens a new Raise account or who has previously opened an account but never yet made a purchase.
