Southwest has sent out a survey regarding changes to the loyalty program. The survey makes mention to a new tiered system with either 4 or 5 tiers, unfortunately only the highest tier would receive the companion pass and requirements ranging from 30-50 roundtrips or 100,000 – 160,000 points.
Obviously this is just a survey so any changes are not set, but don’t think this is a particularly good sign.
