Our Verdict

I can’t seem to find an exclusions list and it seems to be working on a lot more items than normal. Target is running more promotions as part of ‘Fun Run’, for example a lot of items are 20% off at the moment as well.

Fyi their drive up prices are different then their online prices. I’ve only noticed them as being more. Not sure if this applies to same day pickup through app as well. I have found inane things like chicken stock were almost twice the price($1 more) when I did order pickup. Pretty annoying but I guess this how they plan to pay for it as a premium service. I haven’t taken the time to try the service again and collect more data points. Just pointing it out for everyone’s awareness.

RedCard purchases also get an additional 5% off on top of the everyday 5% off

It also works without using the RED card. I added the offer to my wallet and paid only with gift cards and it took the 5% off. Looks like you just need to be a RED card holder.

Stacking the 40 off 40 coupon could be tricky, if you get it in time. You may be able to stack it with just 100 or 140. I believe it is the latter. It’s best just to use it by itself, as I have had huge issues stacking manufacturers coupons and circle discounts in the past. I try to pay as close to zero as possible when using the redcard coupon. However, you can always add a banana to your order if you miscalculate.

It really sucks that they’ve been excluding normal online orders from promotions recently.
