Our Verdict

Target.com often runs discounts in the 5-10% range on prepaid phone cards. I believe 15% is the best we see, the experts can comment below. I bought out for the next 3-4 months and paid with my REDcard to save an additional 5% for nearly 20% discount. Or use Paypal with the Chase Freedom card this quarter for 5x.
