Only got 5% on these travel & entertainment, do Uber/ Lyft charges counts? Theme park tickets? Thank you!

Theme park tickets definitely count. I haven’t tested ride share.

William Charles , Looks like they already extended this for 2025. I am seeing 5% back in statement credits up to a maximum of $80 ($1,600 in spending) listed in my offers tab on card servicing website.

I’m seeing that offer too in their glitchy offers tab. Says I’m already activated and says I’ve spent $102 of qualified spending so far for this month’s progress, which is even more of a glitch cause I’ve only spent 92 this month, and had a $10 qualifying charge last month along with other qualifying charges last month.

Forgive me, I don’t use the airline loyalty programs.

Do any of those programs allow you to purchase gift cards using CC instead of points?

Do any of those code as travel?

I will test it myself if you can point me to a portal.

Anyone know generally how long the statement credit takes to post?

I wasn’t targeted for the travel statement credit but my experience for the 5% on home improvement statement credits and online shopping credit is that the statement credit posts 1 day after the purchase posts. Probably the same for this one. For the GGR, it takes until middle of following month to post.

Travel Charges: 7/3 and 7/7
Seeing credits for both charges 7/11, might have posted earlier neither had posted as of 7/8. Both have a posting date of 6/29 lol but no activity and exactly match the expected Jul credits.

Does anyone have multiple SYW Mastercards (or a SYW MC & Sears MC)? Is it possible to apply for another?

I don’t think so, unless you are in 2 player mode.

Just as a datapoint, I got this offer. It’s my first offer since I believe the end of 2022, when I had been regularly getting generous offers for years before then.. I had NOT been putting spend on the card recently (I had been until maybe 6 months ago to try and encourage offers.

So to summarize, perhaps if you stop getting offers the right approach is to stop spending for 6 months. Although in my previous experience, once you get offers, it is best to spend a lot so that the offers are even better.

I just got this one and the GGR ($150 off $1000) today. They both came around the same time!

I’ve had this card since February and have only gotten the 0% interest offers before.

Just got this offer via email today. Wild and awesome that this one doesn’t have a minimum spend like the other offers!
