Our Verdict
Useful deal if you’re targeted, if your not just wait as 15% off offers have been relatively frequent recently.
I got and used this offer in conjunction with an eBay GC as I have explained below. Strangely the CC statement shows PAYPAL*seller-name for every one of the sellers in this order. You would think ebay is trying to move away fro Paypal but on the backed they are still processing these transactions as Paypal.
So this could be useful for those who get better rates/points when using Paypal…not right now but in those quarters when Paypal earns 5x.
My Paypal account though has no record of these transactions. So while not going though my paypal account, ebay is still charging those as Paypal.
Would the coupon show on the My Ebay / Summary page?

I did not get either coupon. Boo Hiss.
I checked My Ebay and didn’t see this but saw a MYTEN coupon instead. $10 off no minimum.
They’re trying to wean people off Paypal.
