- This promotional offer applies to new TradeStation Crypto, Inc. (“TradeStation Crypto”) accounts that are approved on or after December 20, 2021, and the offer will continue until terminated as communicated by written notice posted at www.tradestation.com/promo/try-us.
- Except as provided below, all new TradeStation Crypto accounts are eligible for this promotional offer.
- In order to qualify, there must be activity (at least one trade, deposit or withdrawal by you) in your TradeStation Crypto account within the period beginning with the time of payment of the reward to you and ending 12 months thereafter; if your account is an IRA account, then, in order to qualify, you must fund your IRA with additional assets within that 12-month period; failure to do so will result in surrender and forfeiture of the reward.
- Subject to the terms of this offer, new approved TradeStation Crypto accounts will receive $10 notional value of a cryptocurrency supported by TradeStation Crypto.
- If you fund your new TradeStation Crypto account with an initial one-time deposit of at least $5,000 notional value of supported cryptocurrency assets, or if you fund a new or existing TradeStation Securities, Inc. - In order to qualify with deposited assets, whether crypto or cash, the qualifying assets must be deposited within 90 days from account approval and must be from a wallet or account that is not maintained with TradeStation companies (assets transferred from an existing account with TradeStation Crypto or TradeStation Securities do not qualify).
- Asset value fluctuations (up or down) do not affect the calculation of qualifying assets.
- Existing TradeStation Crypto clients are not eligible for this offer.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offers. Only one offer/reward is available per client on one qualifying account.
- The reward will not be paid if, before the reward is paid to you, you close your account, if you are prohibited from making further trades in any account with a TradeStation company or if you are considered by a TradeStation company to not be in good standing (as a result of, for example, unauthorized or improper trading or account activity).
- TradeStation companies have the right to claw back any reward that is paid to you, resulting in surrender and forfeiture of the reward, if they determine that your account is opened by fraudulent or unlawful means or qualifying assets are derived from fraudulent or unlawful means.
- Customers who receive promotional offers from any TradeStation company may be subject to IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting requirements should the total value of those items exceed $599 in a calendar year. Please consult a tax professional.
Our Verdict
Looks like this is only for new TradeStation customers, the return gets worse as the bonus increases unfortunately. You can view current & past Tradestation bonuses in the past here. Personally think the previous offers of depositing $500+ and getting $150 back are a better option.
