You may have seen a duplication of World of Hyatt points credits and/or debits that were posted in error to your World of Hyatt membership account. This error occurred on June 19, 2020 but the duplicate entries may appear in connection with activity on your World of Hyatt account in May 2020. For a small number of cardmembers, there may also have been duplicate entries posted on June 19, 2020 for activity in the following four months: April 2020, February 2020, October 2019, and November 2017. Your account now reflects the correct amounts, and we apologize for this inconvenience.
You can log in to your World of Hyatt loyalty account on June 26, 2020 to view the correction in the appropriate month. You may notice a transaction to reverse this error in the same month(s) in which the error occurred.
Original post 6/20/20: Many readers have reported that today their World of Hyatt accounts are showing extra points or points are missing. Some are showing all activity in May & April as doubled (earning & redeeming) whereas others have differing amounts showing. No idea what has caused this issue but I assume World of Hyatt will fix it in the coming days.

Just logged in. Glad to see I still have 0 points and not a negative balance. 😂
I got double points in May, so far, I guess.
Meanwhile my Hilton points posting has been delayed since April.
