- Chase has a dedicated website for anniversary bonuses to select Southwest cardholders. You can choose a free anniversary gift of tier qualifying points, companion pass qualifying points, and bonus Rapid Rewards points.
Our Verdict
Only some people get a gift, not everyone, YMMV. I’ve never heard of this anniversary website before.

How many digits is your Southwest number? Mine is 9 digits and it doesn’t recognize me, like some others here mentioned. I thought I could add leading 0s but that doesn’t work. I also tried adding a space to my first name, and added a middle name.
Mine is 11, but it still didn’t recognize me (or I’m simply not eligible)

Same. Selected the bonus Rapid Rewards points.
Got 250 SW points (or CPQ points or elite-tier points), I’ve had the card for 3 years.
Same 3rd anniversary of the priority
Another DP… didn’t recognize my RR number either. I have both the Priority and Performance Biz card. Both opened in 4thQ 2021
5 year card member and got 3 offers: 500 elite tier points, 500 companion pass qualifying points, or 500 rapid rewards points. Took the last option.
Didn’t recognize my RR either
I got a flyer in the mail recognizing 10 years with them, weird cuz I’ve been with them at least 15 years…

Recognized as 2 years with card. 250/250/250.
