Raise has a poor selection of GCs, which makes sense since these are cards people are trying to sell (unpopular stores). Also risky to hold cards if you’re not using them immediately.

Ends 7/8/23 @11:59 PM CST with a one-time use only having a maximum savings value of $20.00 for up to $400.00 total cost of goods. It doesn’t work for any of the “cash back” gift cards you buy directly from Raise (the ones where you select a value), and instead works only with resold gift cards bought on Raise.com (the ones where you see the % off/discount and can sort them in the tabulated list). If you don’t order fast enough, the resold gift cards leave your card within 15 minutes so plan out what you want to reach the $400.00 before you start trying to buy them.
Gift cards are about 5% higher than before the sale.. for example fandango was 20% off before now 14.2% off. Only buy what you were going to use soon anyway.
I bought a Walmart eGift card a few years back, and Raise refunded the money without any hassle.
It was within their 1 year guarantee.
I once bought a $500 Best Buy gift card from Raise. It was drained shortly AFTER I received it. They told me that I was out of luck because the guarantee didn’t cover that. After a lot of work, I discovered that the card had been drained at a Best Buy in Minnesota. I live in PA! I submitted my info to Raise and received a full refund.

Can the ShopYourWay affiliation with Raise be used with this promotion to recoup the 5% Amazon rewards one loses when he pays for Amazon purchases with Amazon Gift Cards purchased through Raise with SYW points rather than with one’s Chase Prime Visa (which earns 5% Amazon rewards for Amazon purchases)?
