I saw that you helpfully update many posts with [Expired] in the subject once they are expired to make it easy to see which ones may still be valid while using search or browsing https://www.doctorofcredit.com/tag/shopping-portals/ etc. This post can now be marked [Expired] as your post says “Make a purchase between before November 8, 2020”. Thanks!

If you don’t get tracked and paid for your purchase, it’s no good no matter how high a cashback TCB offered. Bad experience with it.

I always get my cashback. It is the most reliable and my favorite cashback website!

Often times with these cashback sites, they say; if we don’t get paid, you don’t get paid. I have had many problems not collecting on expected cashback before including, mainly TCB, and my question is how does one know that they didn’t get paid?

Hi Alex,
Thank you so much for your question- really appreciate it. If a member files a cashback claim and it gets denied, they can always request a reason for why the denial occurred. We can report the exact reasoning to them that comes directly from the retailer for not providing us with the cash back. Also, we have no interest in keeping our members cash back, hence why our business model is that we don’t keep any portion of the commission we receive from our retail partners, unlike our competitors. We pass 100% of the cash back we receive onto our members.

That said, if there is anything you’d like me to take a look at in your account, please feel free to email me directly to [email protected].

Best Wishes

That’s pretty lame…

Why would you require a member to send in a separate request for the reason why a denial occurred?

Why not just let them know automatically when you deny their cashback claim?

Hi Alan,

The system will get notified that a claim has been denied and only on our back end will we be able to see the reason. For any of your questions/concerns you can always send me an email directly to [email protected] for a quick and efficient response.

Steve L. (Steve),
The TCP promotion states: Transactions with merchants paying 0% cashback and the following merchants are excluded from this promotion:
&
A condition of Raise on TCP is: Orders submitted under $20 are not eligible for cash back.

Thus, it appears that a minimum order on Raise would be $20 to be eligible for the $10 cash-back?

Hey Erik, that condition you quoted is to get the 2% cash back from Walmart itself. The $15 gift card purchase insured I got the $10 back from topcashback. Two different things here. This is what I see the day after my purchase:
TopCashBack Merchant Nov 05, 2020 $0.00
$10.00
pending

Raise Nov 05, 2020 $14.93
$0.29
pending

Steve L. (Steve),
I don’t understand how you got $0.29 cashback from Raise (and therefore the $10 bonus).
A condition to get Cash back from Raise is a minimum of $20 in gift card purchase (per TCP terms).
