Our Verdict
The good thing about Paypal Digital Gift’s is that you can usually receive 5x Chase UR points when you use a Chase Ink card. The bad thing is that there is a limit to how much they’ll sell you (we’ll still trying to iron out how this works). You might also be able to get cash back by going through a portal as well. Overall that’ll give you a discount of ~10%, you can then use these eBay giftcards to purchase other gift cards when they go on sale and then flip those cards for a profit.
