Rite Aid has released a whole bunch of gift card deals for this coming week, most of them will earn Plenti points on the purchase. These can be redeemed for things like Exxon gas and at other Plenti-partner merchants. Each 100 Plenti points is the equivalent of $1 in store credit at these merchants. Our Verdict
Rite Aid has been releasing Plenti-point offers on gift card purchases quite a few times recently, but none have been enough to pull me into the store. This time, I may try to stop by on November 26th, 27th, or 28th as those days have all of the above offers valid.
Bear in mind, however, that Plenti points aren’t quite cash and have the hassle of needing to be redeemed. Personally, I’ll probably redeem it for my ATT bill, but I’ll be losing around 14% of the value of the points since it’s now possible to get ~14% off your cell bill via an Amex offer.
