The Inside Story of Anbang’s Long Pursuit to Acquire Starwood by Skrift via TBB. Really interesting read on the Starwood acquisition, although I think their original bid included the time share business so hard to draw any meaningful conclusions from those bids.
Price mistakes are a lot like mistake fares by Tagging Miles. Completely agree, if you have a clear goal (e.g travel) it makes going after mistake fares much easier. I also have a list of products I want to buy, that way if they go on special/price mistake I can pick them up without too much thought.
