You can buy a $500 Visa gift card for $495.95 and Visa gift cards can be used to load prepaid cards at Walmart, Family Dollar, Rite Aid and Dollar General.

Meijer Offer
This offer is showing in the Meijer MPerks app.
- $15 instant savings on the purchase of two Mastercard gift cards with a minimum of $25 on each one. (One $15 discount for both – the equivalent of $7.50 off each one.) Must have MPerks app and clip the coupon before checking out.
You can buy two $25 Mastercard gift cards for a $3.10Â profit or buy two $500 gift cards to rack up bonus credit card points and the $15 discount will more than cover the activation fees.
Mastercard gift cards are harder to liquidate, but I’d guess they work at Family Dollar, Dollar General and Rite Aid (no personal experience on these).
