Verizon wireless customers can buy electronic gift cards directly in their messenger app. The idea is to send them as messages to others, but you can also buy them for yourself. We covered this previously (see our step-by-step walk through there) and Chasingthepoints also wrote up more about it.

- $55 Best Buy e-gift card for $50
- $60 Gap e-gift card for $50
- $30 GameStop e-gift card for $25
- $30 Regal e-gift card for $25
- $30 Red Robin e-gift card for $25
- Bass Pro Shops ($30 for $25?)
- Domino’s ($30 for $25?)
The Fine Print
- $100 max gift cards per month can be purchased by adding the charge onto your monthly Verizon Wireless bill
Our Verdict
Pretty good deal here to get the discount + 5x or 10%Â using an Amex Offer.
Limited to $100 per month, unfortunately. You can buy more with direct credit card payment, but I don’t know if direct payment earns 5x.
