Allowed me to add to cart and then received an email. Sorry couldn't complete your order. So Groupon can p off

Forgot I had another groupon account. It was allowed to purchase the card and groupon immediately refunded it. I tried again using a credit card instead of paypal and it immediately refunded as well. :(

I've gotten this quite a few times, it's basically the only thing that gets me into Starbucks. I thought they'd stop targeting me but maybe the starbucks purchasing helps?

Incognito made no difference. It's attached to the user account and you are approved or not after you log in.
