Our Verdict
In previous experiences, eBay gift cards purchased from Paypal Digital Gifts have been earning portal cashback, so be sure to go through the portal first to get an additional 1.5% back.
Additionally, Paypal Digital Gifts has been still coding to earn 5x with INK the last we know. There has been a recent scare of cash advances for gift card purchases, so be sure to use a card with the cash advance lowered to zero. I don’t think it’s currently an issue with Paypal Digital Gifts purchases, but it’s possible it could change.
The eBay gift cards can then be used to purchase anything on eBay, including other gift cards.
