Thanks @Davis for the screenshot. Opened a ticket, they asked for invoice and claimed there was a $200 requirement. I sent the screenshot and they posted $35 points.
I made the purchase before the $200 requirement. I’m out of $10 for the steel cleaner and I’m pissed. Messaged support and they insist there was a requirement. I am certain there was no min when I made the purchase. Any ideas on what I can do? Thanks

Just a heads up for folks that purchased the steel cleaner, it is non-refundable in case you decide you don’t want it anymore. I think if you purchase actual items like pans, etc. they might be a better bet and might have more utility for you.

Is there a way to force Drop to sync your accounts? It says my Chase cards haven’t been synced in 6 days so I’m still waiting for them to see the Made In transaction.
