No
No means no. Yes means….?
The Zelle email token issue appears to be fixed.
Did anyone here need to order a new debit card because you locked the card prior to the transition? I requested on June 5, and I still haven’t received mine. A little concern because I won’t be able to do the debit transactions and will lose all the interest.
All of my $0.01 PayPal debit transactions are now showing up with a Description of #XXXXXX PAYPAL *BUSINESS NAME 402-935-7733 CA Card 80 #XXXX and a Transaction Type of Bill Pay.
Before the “upgrade”, they would show up with a Description of Withdrawal Debit PAYPAL *BUSINESS NAME 402-935-7733 CA and a Transaction Type of Card. I’m kinda worried they won’t trigger the 7% APY.
That is how they are showing up for me as well.
oh no! I’m kind of worried now too. That would really put an end to a short run (2 months of 7%) for me.
That “Bill Pay” transaction type is indeed concerning. But OnPath also counted ACH pushes initiated from their side under the old system as discovered by
Tom, so maybe bill pay will count too. We’ll see.
I’ve been charged “paper statement” fees several times now. I reached out to OnPath support, and they said that while I DO have e-statements turned on.. but they said the only way to prevent the paper statement fees from being charged will be to create a separate online account for each and every member account I have. This is going to be tedious to create multiple logins.
I know a lot of people here have more than one account, has anyone else noticed this and ran into this problem?
Same.
But I did not reach out, I did not want to alert anything.
It just started the other month. I had to go in and re-enable e-statements for a few accounts. I am not even sure how it got turned off. Hopefully next month I do not get charged any.
I have multiple member accounts all under the same online account with e-statements turned on and I am not charged a paper statement fee. They do charge a paper statement fee the first month though, but you can call and have them reverse it. I just did that for an account opened last month.
that could explain why I only received 1x paper statement fee from last month.. since I only have 1 new account from last month. Thanks for helping me connecting the dots.. but yeah I definitely had more paper statement fees in the past.
So maybe there’s no need to create an online account for each member account since it’s only one time where it gets charged?
As a sidenote: I never actually received a paper statement in the mail.. only got charged the fee(s). Which is also a bit strange. Maybe other people did receive it.
5 minutes after I typed the above reply.. I actually got a SM from OnPath support telling me that all my accounts have now been opted in so that’s good.. no extra “work” to manage these accounts. But the previous three replies was someone telling me I had to create the extra online accounts and there was no way around that. lol so two polar opposite replies from support.. oh well at least it’s sorted now.
can someone explain what’s the drama between @
Jack and everyone else? his comments here are so salty, it’s like watching popcorn reality shows…hehe
That’s what happens with some of these chronically online users here lol, it’s absolutely hilarious and concerning at the same time.
This referral offer of $100 for each party was gone for me for a while but be back now
A few e-statements have showed up for me. I’m seeing an e-statement from 10/2024 for multiple accounts, back when I first opened my first batch of HY checking accounts.
I can now access all of my e-statements as of this writing.
So you’re seeing statements from 2024? I opened both my accounts in 12/2024 and the old portal had statements for that month. I have all my 2025 statements available, but nada for last December.
Interesting. I can only see three e-statements out of four accounts opened 10/2024, but nothing else for 2024. I have all of 2025 e-statements available.
for people that have to re-order a debit card because you locked the debit card before the migration, have you received your card yet? i am worried i won’t get the interest because i can’t do the 15 debit card transactions without a usable card.
Not yet. Don’t worry, you still have time to do the debits.

Well better than a decline:
In order to complete the online account opening process, for ALL applicants we require the original copy of your social security card.
Please provide current proof of address. Accepted forms of address verification include recent cell phone bill, utility bill, mortgage bill or insurance bill.
I only see a few reports that are similar.
Yes Peek. I recommend that you also provide a selfie of you holding your ID. If you have a US passport, that would be helpful as well. Is this your first account? What other high yield savings accounts do you use?

I uploaded what they asked for. They didn’t ask for anything else, yet anyway.
I got notification from PayPal saying 7x of my .01 subscriptions failed “for a second time.” I guess I’m confused because the first PayPal messages said they charged by backup (credit card).. so I wonder what is the reason for this second round of emails from PayPal? Also, if they really did attempt the OnPath debit cards a second time then why did OnPath decline the 7x charges yesterday?
Be careful I hope that they won’t shut down your PayPal account….

At that point you can’t even offer them a “DP” to save your account
