Yes you click apply but you first need to add the string of characters above at two separate steps – once after clicking the item you want to buy and again after clicking the “buy it now” for the item with the second string of characters. Then at the checkout you enter the promo code and click apply.

Works on offers from sellers for an additional discount from the list price. First, you need to receive the seller’s offer. Some sellers will make an offer if you add the item to your watchlist. Second, go to the item page and add the text at the end of the URL. Third, accept the offer and go to your cart. Fourth, add the coupon code in checkout.
