PPDG’s stolen GC problems, the hours-long phone tag I have had to play with ebay/paypal, and Paypal’s extremely lame “customer service” that only refunds what I paid (therefore taking away ALL the ebay coupons “savings”) make sure I won’t ever take advantage of any of these PPDF going forward.
It’s hard enough just to buy the GCs themselves without spending 30 minutes on the phone with PayPal.
