Amazon is the evil empire.

I buy from them, but I won’t anymore unless I can’t get the items anywhere else.
We are all complicit in the exploitation of their warehouse workers.

I think the shortages of these are starting to come to an end. BJ’s have had them back in stock for the past couple of weeks (and at much better prices then AMZ).

I always assume that the posts are for regular visitors, and not newbies. But, once you buy this, you could just subscribe to the product. I actually have to keep canceling my upcoming orders bc I have too many. For some reason, they let me subscribe to 18 packs every 2 months. Guess there’s not a shortage anymore. I’m still using a pack in my car and another in my home. You certainly don’t need a lot, especially if you’re following SAH orders as often as possible.

Yes, in my experience Amazon does prioritize “subscribe and save” orders. I subscribed to the Lysol Disinfecting Wipes before the pandemic started and they’ve never stopped coming. I’ve actually noticed that sometimes they’ve never even been back on sale in between two deliveries (or Keepa would’ve let me know) yet my delivery comes in as scheduled, no problem.

“COVID-19 spreads less commonly through contact with contaminated surfaces. Spread from touching surfaces is not thought to be a common way that COVID-19 spreads.” These sentences are on the CDC’s web site.

Given what we now know about COVID-19, some consumers might be overspending on disinfecting supplies.

“Less commonly” doesn’t equal “not at all”. It might be easy for you to put a dollar amount on what % chance you think there is that you won’t catch covid from a contaminated surface, but it’s pretty apparent not everyone is as confident as you in things we don’t know.
