Amazon has many different No-Rush-Shipping credits, we have a run down of the various offers here. One particular offer worth keeping an eye out for is the $5 credit towards the Toys & Games category since you can actually get free or close-to-free stuff with that credit.
Most of the no-rush-shipping credits are in categories unconducive to buying small items and mainly helps save if you happen to need something in that category. The Toys & Games category is very different with many ways to buy something useful or semi-useful for around $5.
You can buy the Monopoly Deals card game for close to $0 after the $5 credit. Get a deck of cards free as an add-on or for under a dollar as a stand-alone item. Get a Rubik’s cube for just a couple dollars as an add-on. There are many other options, just highlighting a few that came to me.
Use this link to find items in the Toys & Games category which are between $1 and $7. (Links in this post contain our Amazon affiliate, you can alternatively use Jetblue for 3x instead.)
Check this link to see all your available No-Rush credits. You can’t stack two $5 credits together so best is just to find an item in the area of $5 to get free.

I know this is random but if anyone’s considering getting a Rubik’s cube, look up “Moyu” brand on Amazon. Yulong is free after $5 credit and Sulong is almost free. Both are much smoother than the “Rubik’s brand”.
Would this apply to video games, physical or digital?
Doesn’t look like it. I have this credit from a no-rush order I placed last week, but if I put a video game into my cart (tested with Shadow of the Colossus for PS4), it doesn’t apply the credit. For a digital game, it applies the Digital Items No Rush Credit that I have, not the Toys & Games one.
