The Offer

Direct link to offer

  • Amazon is offering Prime members a free 30 day Audible Premium Plus membership and two credits

Our Verdict

This enrolls you in auto billing, so remember to cancel otherwise you’ll be charged $14.95. This should work even if you’ve done an Audible deal in the past.

When I click through, I only see Plus offer, not the Premium Plus offer.

The landing page said 2 credits but when I only got 1. I am not the primary prime subscriber – I was given it by a family member.

I actually didn’t even know they had a “no credits” option, when did that happen? I thought it was always you just get 1 or 2 credits a month and buy audiobooks with that

Remember to cancel right away, audiobooks are available until next billing cycle.

“Before you go, we recommend you use any remaining credits you may have. After you cancel, you’ll lose access to your member benefits and all credits at the end of your final billing period.
You’ll no longer have access to the Audible Plus Catalog
When your membership is cancelled your membership will remain active until the end of your final billing period. After then, you will no longer be able to listen to the thousands of included audiobooks, podcasts, and Audible Originals. Even if they are already in your Library.”

This has not been my experience, every time I cancel, every purchase I have made remains in my library available for me to listen

Wasn’t a prime member but got a free trial. I literally canceled my audible membership yesterday and they gave me this free trial with 2 free credits! Wow! Thx Doc

I get “Only new customers are eligible for a free trial”. Still have like 5 books I have not started but I always can use free credits. Not this time apparently.

Worked for me just now, in app. Two free credits, woo-hoo. I recently changed my default payment on Amazon so perhaps that was what triggered the change in my eligibility.

Be sure to sign up for Audible Premium Plus and not Audible Plus, which doesn’t include any credits. In my rush to sign up, I selected the wrong one and now can’t get the credits.
