American Airlines has expanded their online award searching and booking, it’s now possible to book JAL awards online. In October last year they added the ability to book: Sri Lankan, Qatar & Air Tahiti Nui. Some people actually see these additions as a devaluation as making these easier to book will mean that competition for award space will increase.
