Apple Pay Promotes Web Usage with Special Offers

Apple Pay recently enabled checking out with ApplePay on the web using the touchID from iPhone.

Starting today, December 5, Apple has exclusive offers for web users of Apple Pay.

None of these offers excite me, but it’s interesting to know there’s a new kid on the block. They also tell us to, “come back soon for more great Apple Pay offers” from Chase, Bank of America, and The Washington Post.

I tried using Apple Pay on the web on December 4 at Hollister and it didn’t work. Not sure if something failed on my end or if it’s only live on December 5.
