You can pay with PayPal and earn 5% with the Chase Freedom this quarter as well. Requires BJ’s membership to purchase. You can buy online-only membership for just $10. Try using a portal for a bit of rewards/cashback, though I’m unsure if that tracks on gift card purchases.
