Our Verdict
Lowe’s gift cards can be resold for 81% of facevalue according to GiftCardWiki, so no resell opportunity here, but it is a way to get them at a 13.3% discount if you value Visa gift cards like cash. I know a lot of you visit Simon Mall anyway, so might be an opportunity for you.
