Can anyone confirm if we need to pay with a Capital One Credit/Debit Card or a non-CapOne card would work too? The fine print doesn’t specifically state that and it just says: “…you must be a Capital One cardholder or bank account holder, and logged in to your account on capitalone.com or the Capital One Mobile app.”

Interesting, I just used the $10 DoorDash offer last week. After using that, this $9 offer appeared too
Terms and conditions state the following:
To earn the rebate you must make an eligible purchase at doordash.com. Credits only eligible for first time use. To earn the rebate, you must be a Capital One cardholder or bank account holder, and logged in to your account on capitalone.com or the Capital One Mobile app.
So this bonus doesn’t work for pre-existing Doordash customers.
I agree, this feels like a generic new user offer, unless that is weird wording meaning the credit can only be earned once (first time used).
That’s how I read the offer – since it takes Capital One so long to post their credits (within 3 billing cycles lmao), they’re just stating that it only works once.
It sounds like it’s saying it can only be used once to me. I just had a $10 DoorDash offer last week that I used, then this $9 offer appeared today.
Seeing it in Capital One Offers (not Shopping). Mine shows $10 Cash Back.
Got it on mine and just used it. Note, you have to go through Capital One’s website and activate it. This will open a browser link to Doordash, where you login and place your order through their site. You cannot use the app as it will not be tracked. Also remember to disable adblock or use a fresh clean browser for this.
This is the one where you need to login to your credit card account to see, correct?

I don’t see this offer on mine or wife’s account. Capital One Shopping only has for it $4.50.
I’m not seeing this in my Capital One offers. Maybe YMMV
