Capital One has announced that the Capital One Lounge at Washington Dulles Lounge (IAD) will open on 9/7. When this lounge was first announced the opening date was scheduled for 2022, so it’s nice to see it finally open. The 8,500 square foot lounge is located just beyond the airport’s TSA PreCheck, between the East and West Security Checkpoints.
