Our Verdict
To be clear this offer is garbage, we saw an offer for 80,000 points earlier this year. That was before Chase introduced the new 48 month language as well. Some people are also seeing an offer for 65,000 points that bypasses the 5/24 rule and has 24 month instead of 48 month language, I’m interested to know if that offer also includes this new introductory APR period or not. Maybe Chase is trying to move away from focusing solely on sign up bonus to lure customers (something Citi has been doing in recent years with very limited success). Either way this offer sucks, just pointing out the new addition. This definitely won’t be added to our list of the best credit card bonuses.
