I placed my order and it’s shows on my statement as “Shop Pay, SP AllBirds”. I actually made a second order not signed into shop thinking that I wouldn’t get the credit but it billed the same way. Is this a third party provider? Did anyone else have it this way on the statement and still get the credit?

Mine seemed to have disappeared. I made a purchase and went back to look at the offers and don’t see it listed. Also haven’t gotten the $100 back. Anyone else?

Hi, relieved to read that I’m not the only one that added the offer ($50 off $125 for csp) and it disappeared. I’m on the phone with chase representative and she can’t find it either.

Same. The added offer disappeared after I made the qualifying purchase and the credit hasnt shown up. Inquired about it with Chase, hopefully they’ll be helpful.
I was able to get 3 nice 12.5 s for $215 with tax… 100 off with CSR (paypal) and hopefully the 20% off Rakuten (website not app) thanks DoC!

basically using these 3 promotions combined, you could get a buy 2 for the price (or less) of 1 scenario.
i still have and use my allbirds wool runners from 2017. that should tell you how durable they are.
Stack with Rakuten 15% back (on the full $200) right now. A $200 purchase would amount to $130 back.
Be careful with the return policy. It falsely claims (as of last month) that return shipping is free, but in reality they deduct $6 for the return shipping if you actually want to do a return rather than an exchange.

I got pair last year and walked all over Spain in them last month. They were lifesavers. Plus you have a month to tryout as long as not final sale.

Wifey loves them. Bought several pairs and will likely buy more if they stay in business.
I own two pairs- a Tree Runner and a Tree Dasher 2. I bought the Runner first and in retrospect feel like I bought them at least a size too small; I went with a full size up from my normal size for the Dasher 2. So I’d recommend trying in store if you have one near you; otherwise I’d size up – I’m typically a 7-7.5 and went with 8/8.5s to give the front half of my feet more space. Their return/exchange policy is fairly generous though.
Feel like my Runners showed a lot of age after a year and I’m not a big walker/everyday power user. I do think the Dasher 2 is super comfortable – I like to use them for walking/vacations more than my ultraboosts.

Will you get the credit when using it through Rakuten? I thought these offers don’t work through third parties.
